My case was received by NSC on JUN 1st. They issued the recipt numbers on JUN 5th. I am still waiting on my wifes. They could clear on Monday.. Looks like NSC is also trying to speed up things. They are just one day slower than TSC in issuing recepts.

I am happy to report that we got our approvals. No SMS, no emails, no status change. Infact, our online status still shows RFE review. We got welcome notices yesterday and that's how we came to know about approvals. Got LUD on an old H1B on 8/14/2010.

H1B quotas for 2001, 2002 and 2003 were 195000. Three times the norm. This could be the reason they quotas were not met during those years. Sure market conditions also helped.

My question to you was if no H1B is "permanent" (as you opine), then how can you prove that the AC20 job on H1B is or isn't "permanent?" So if that job is not "permanent," how do you convince/mention that in as RVE-EVL?
Because Future GC job could be same job on H-1B, only difference being on H-1B your job has fixed end date (noted by I-94), and GC job has no fixed end date, hence permanent. It does not make that current job on H-1B permanent.

Where the hell all these guys when EB3 is getting 80K to 100K of total 140K visas all these years and EB2 is getting just merely 10%-15%. Nobody from EB2 didn't felt jealous like this before. It is hard to digest for them now.

The two years standard gap would have been maintained there for EB3 I and EB2 I as usual.
When there is no movement ,this will be the reaction for the EB3 I people.
When you are eager for yr Gc ,the same rule applies for everone.
There is a big block EB3 row in between -so dont say all the visas were taken by Eb3 I only.

It sounds easy..but funding drives are not always easy when reality strikes...how about starting a spreadsheet with names and ph# of people who are willing to contribute $100 for this lawsuit. As soon as we have the 1000th name, we start depositing money to a bank account. 100 grand is not small amount and I am sure we can find a good enough lawyer to start a lawsuit for that kind of money.
I and my wife are ready with our 100 bucks each.....and can help with maintaing the spreadsheet etc.... how do we get those 1000 names now....or do we even have support of 1000 people around here...that is the biggest question.

Without a permit, we are required to stay on sidewalks.
The police put down my name, driver license # and address.
However, when I asked if I have any liability for others fault, the ploice said NO. Everybody abides by law for himself.
